Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client is a subsidiary of a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. It's line of business includes providing management, administrative, accounting, warehousing, and delivery services to the subsidiary companies that are involved in IT distribution business.

Location: Kota Damansara, Selangor

Responsibilities:-

  • Establish effective recruitment strategies for sourcing of various categories of candidates through most relevant channels including social media, job posting websites, cold calling, referrals and etc.

  • Build reputable and positive employer branding with engagements with social media portals including job portals and career fairs to attract talents.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the job scope well.

  • Perform full cycle of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening and conducting integrity check of potential candidates and preparation of the offer package.

  • Analyze and track key KPIs to continuously evaluate the  effectiveness fo recruitment method for continuous improvement.

Requirements:-

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in any discipline.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

  • Have a good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Good interview and talent acquisition skills.

  • Good communication and listening skills with attention to details.

  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player.

Monthly Salary: up to RM8k
