Snr Executive, Telesales

Our Client is a global company that provides hardware solutions designed to extend the life cycle of network assets, streamline operations and reduce overall OPEX and CAPEX. 

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor


  • Manage a team of Telesales/Global Account Executives/staff.

  • Responsible for all aspects of the deals from open to close, and works with internal support staff to ensure a successful delivery and overall client experience.

  • Understand and navigate decision making processes of the client, and successfully close deals.

  • Develop new opportunities.


  • Minimum SPM/Certificate. A Diploma/Degree will have an advantage.

  • At least 3-4 years of work experience in telesales/telemarketing , preferably in supervisory role.

  • A proven track record as a Telesales Representative with extensive handling of high volume calls will have an advantage.

  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.

  • Possess strong leadership ability, highly driven and motivated.

Monthly remuneration package: Basic Salary up to RM4000 with very attractive commission scheme (paid in USD)
