Post Sales Engineer (Microsoft)
Our Client is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a large Group of Companies (MNC-status) and began its operations in 1985, providing PC hardware, software and services to business customers. Today, they are a service delivery arm for the Group by providing after-sales services in technical support, maintenance and product warranty services.
With over 30 service engineers who hold vendor certifications, they are a committed business partner in IT system services for its customers to achieve the highest IT operational efficiencies.
Location: Kota Damansara
Responsible for problem identification, trouble shooting and implementation on all range of Microsoft platform.
Engage in the maintenance and support activities, which include perform trouble shooting, incident response and patching on timely manner.
Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades.
Work with end users, architects and team lead in developing and implementing Microsoft related configuration changes based on requirements.
Create and maintain documentation for MS platforms for installation, changes, upgrades and operational maintenance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in the related field.
Technical knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, O365.
Candidate with AWS, VMWare, Hyper-V, Backup & Recovery experience will be an added advantage.
Monthly remuneration package: RM3500 to RM7500
