Assistant Operations Manager (Corporate Travels)

Our Client is part of a multinational corporate travel management company with HQ in UK. Their business clients range from oil & gas companies to major retailers, construction to technology and sports to finance and professional services.

Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:-

  • Reporting to the Operations Director.

  • Provide overall supervision and guidance for the Kuala Lumpur operations team, managing the productivity, long term growth, client management and setup and smooth running of the team.

  • Key functions include leading and developing Team Leaders, Senior Travel Consultants/Travel Consultants in providing excellent service, going beyond agreed service level consistent with company's standards while optimizing performance.

  • Administer daily operations, create, review and implement operational procedures.

  • Manpower management and planning.

  • Ensure a high level of cooperation/communication between teams, among the operations functions and with all functions within the company such as Client Services, Finance, Sales and etc.

Requirements:-

  • Diploma/Degree is preferred

  • Experience and knowledge in related industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Team leading in operations or management experience is essential.

Monthly remuneration package: up to RM8500
