Admin Executive

Our client is a subsidiary of a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. It's line of business includes providing management, administrative, accounting, warehousing, and delivery services to the subsidiary companies that are involved in IT distribution business.

Location: Kota Damansara, Selangor


  • To be responsible for issuing Purchase Order for office supplies and Capex (non-stock items).

  • To check if there is enough stock in the inventory to meet requirements.Placing orders with suppliers or vendors and ensuring that documentation is in order, with terms and conditions being clear.

  • Maintaining a filing system in the purchase department and updating appropriate records when required.

  • To be responsible for managing office supplies, stationeries and consumables.

  • To purchase of flight tickets and booking of accommodation for staff’s travel.

  • To supervise a team of Admin Support staff, namely, Receptionist, Office Despatch, Tea Lady cum Cleaner and outsourced cleaners.

  • To arrange for the replenishment for pantry items.


  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.

  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Able to communicate with people at all level.

  • Good command of written & spoken English and Malay.

Monthly Basic Salary: RM2500 to RM4000
