Job responsibilities:
|

Ensure
that staff personal data and performance records are updated
-
Review and
execute staff recruitment activities including job advertising, short
listing applicants, arranging for interviews and preparing appointment
letters
-
Maintain
staff leave record, retail staff monthly personal entitlement, shoes
allowance, annual staff purchase discount, dental benefit, birthday voucher
and etc
|
|
Job requirements:
|
-
Possess at least
a Degree in HR Management or its equivalent
-
At least 5
years of working experience
-
Exposure
in the retail industry is a plus
|
|
Monthly remuneration package:
|
|
RM5000 to
RM6500
|
|
|
