Assistant HR Manager

 

Client's nature of business:

International Retailer adn Wholesaler - cosmetic products

 

Location:

Cheras, KL

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Ensure that staff personal data and performance records are updated

  • Review and execute staff recruitment activities including job advertising, short listing applicants, arranging for interviews and preparing appointment letters

  • Maintain staff leave record, retail staff monthly personal entitlement, shoes allowance, annual staff purchase discount, dental benefit, birthday voucher and etc

 

Job requirements:

  • Possess at least a Degree in HR Management or its equivalent

  • At least 5 years of working experience

  • Exposure in the retail industry is a plus

Monthly remuneration package:

RM5000 to RM6500
