Job Responsibilities:
|

To head
the Finance & Admin Department with duties such as overseeing Banking &
Treasury, Accounting & Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Cash Flow
Management and assisting in business decision-making

Be a
partner to the CEO in the efficient management of the operations and serve
as focal point for all financial issues pertaining to the operations

Maintain
financial and systems control within corporate policies

Job Requirements:

Degree in
Accountancy/Finance or its related field
-
Preferably
a member of MACPA or its equivalent
-
At least
10 years related working experience
-
Regional
experience will be a plus
-
Must be
proficient in English and ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be
added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
|
-
Maintain
financial accounting records for the legal entities according to both US and
local GAAP, including preparation of monthly US GAAP income statement and
balance sheet
-
Provide
information and explanations required to the external auditors for their
quarterly and annual US GAAP and annual local GAAP audits.
-
Ensure the
integrity of the local and US GAAP balance sheets by maintaining balance
sheet controls, ensuring all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and
balances justified.
-
Liaison
with management accountants, payables, fixed asset accountants, receivables,
treasury, inter-company accountants to ensure that records are maintained in
accordance with local accounting rules and with US GAAP.

Job Requirements:
|
-
Should
possess an Accounting degree, Certified Public Accountant or Certified
Management Accountant
-
At least
3-5 years of diverse accounting experience
-
Ability to
interact with senior management
-
Possess
high ethical standards, demonstrate functional accounting competence, have a
proven ability to perform in a large, diverse organization and be process
and customer focused
-
Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills and strong conceptual and analytical
skills are also required
